The Property Inspection Understanding your home’s systems and components are critical when it comes to purchase, repair and maintenance decisions. A professional property inspection is visual evaluation of the physical structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roofing, interior and exterior. About the Report I provide unique and detailed reports on all areas of the structure. First you will receive an Onsite Field Report (at the time of the inspection) which provides details of the inspection, areas of concern, or areas that may require further evaluation. Next you will receive a detailed Computerized Report complete with photos accessable from the web. You and your agent will be assigned a website URL which allows you to access your report for you to view and print. These very comprehensive reports cover Structural, Exterior, Roof/Attic, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning, Chimney, Living Areas, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Common Areas & Garage. Both reports include a Summary Page which lists areas of concern that should be addresses before your home purchase.
